1 Liter Bombay Sapphire 20 Large Chiffoned Basil Leaves 1 Medium Sized Lemon Peel Dry Champagne
Masurate for 48 hours, then remove basil and lemon peel. Shake an ounce & a half of basil gin, strain into chilled martini glass and top off with chilled dry champagne. Garnish w/ lemon peel and basil leaf.
