Espresso Martini 
Caffe Borghetti

2 oz. Caffé Borghetti
1 oz. Amarula
2 oz. Finlandia Vodka
Add all ingredients into mixing glass.  Shake over ice, strain and serve in chilled martini glass.

Cartavio Silver Miami Vice 
Cartavio Blanco Silver
50 oz. Cartavio Silver
1 package frozen Pina Colada mix
1 package frozen Daiquiri mix
Mix pina colada with 2.5oz. of rum with ice.  Set aside. Mix daiquiri with 2.5oz. of rum with ice.  While frozen, add pina colada mix to a cocktail glass.  Add daiquiri mix on top keeping it separated from the pina colada mix.


Flamingo  
10 Cane Rum

2 oz. 10 Cane Rum
1¼ oz. Pineapple Juice
¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz. Zing Zang Grenadine
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass.  Add a good amount of ice and shake well, then strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Mango Margarita 
Cazadores Silver Tequila
2 oz. Cazadores Silver Tequila
6 oz. Mango Margarita Mix
Add all ingredients in mixing glass.  Shake over ice, strain, and serve in chilled martini glass.



Mt. Gay Mojito 
Mt. Gay Rum
1 oz. Mt. Gay Rum
1 oz. Juice of Lime
2 tsp. Sugar
2-4 Mint Sprigs
Soda Water
Lightly muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in mixing glass until the sugar dissolves and you can smell the mint.  Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum, and shake with ice.  Strain over cracked ice in highball glass.  Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig, and serve.

Cartavio Old Rum of Solera 12 Years 
On The Rocks



STARRberry Mojito 
Starr African Rum
2 oz. Starr African Rum
6 leaves of Mint
2 large Strawberries
1¼ wedges of Lime,
¼ oz of Simple Syrup
Muddle mint, strawberries, and limes in a shaker.  Add Starr African Rum and simple syrup with ice and shake vigorously.  Serve in a highball glass and top off with Sprite.

Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

2 oz. Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
6 oz. Coke
Pour Spiced Rum in highball glass with ice and fill with Coke.



Strawberry Pina Colada 
Bacardi 8yr Old Rum
1 oz. Bacardi 8yr Old Rum
2 oz. Strawberry Daiquiri
2 oz. Pina Colada
Add all ingredients into mixing glass.  Shake over ice, strain, and serve in chilled martini glass.

Pineapple Mojito 
Montecristo Rum

1½ oz. Montecristo Rum
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
10-12 Fresh Mint Leaves
4-5 Cubes of Pineapple
Muddle simple syrup, lime juice, fresh pineapple, and mint until well crushed.  Add Montecristo Rum over ice and shake vigorously.  Pour into serving glass and add a splash of club soda.  Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge, lime wedge, and mint sprig.


Bacardi Fuzzy Peach Red 
Bacardi Peach Red
1½ oz. Bacardi Peach Red
4 oz. Orange Juice
Add all ingredients into mixing glass.  Shake over ice, strain, and serve in chilled martini glass.


The Brazilian Wax 
Cabana Cachaca

2 oz. Cabana Cachaca
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Club Soda,
½ oz. Triple Sec
Add ice to highball glass, pour equal parts Cabana Cachaca and Pineapple Juice.  Add a splash of club soda and triple sec.  Stir and garnish with a lime slice.
